New Yorker, Gisela Torres, embraced photography after graduating from film school as a means of expressing her poetic narratives in still form. Her atmospheric images evoke romantic nostalgia and are influenced by a passion for history, art, travel and culture.
Following a successful stint in Florence, Italy, she is now based in London.
Her clients include The Times In Style, Italian Vogue, French Cosmopolitan, Whistles, Megan Park, Laura Ashley, The Guardian, Tank, and The FT - How to Spend It.
In addition to her work taking photographs, Gisela teaches young people's photography workshops at London's prestigious National Portrait Gallery and runs bespoke private photographic workshops for corporate clients that include, The BBC, Taylor Wessing and Deutsche Bank. |
